Last night I was pushed for time, so did the following:

10 Paralette Push Ups
15 Band Meadows Rows Left Arm
15 Band Meadows Rows Right Arm
20 Kettlebell Halos with 20kg
15 KB Press Left Arm with 12kg
15 KB Press Right Arm with 12kg

Did five rounds of this in just under 25 minutes.

I was sweating!!!!

I wear rugby socks pulled right up - and long shorts: specifically to avoid getting bitten on my legs.

I looked down after finishing to find a black fly feasting in the 5mm gap betwixt sock and shorts.

Worked on a farm off and on! Skin was once peeling in the fields. I get done working all the dead skin was gone! The buzzards devoured it like chips. I probably shouldn’t of told you that but you started it! Hope all is well dan the man? On review of your training you are a Master Chef of variety. The spice of life I once was handed. I said whaaat! I am Rip Van Wrinkles Cuz. If I worked out with you I would make it through but would sleep 2 to Rexcover! I do one farmers round session foot swells forget squats log press the only way to be bad asstriod is you got to do it and do it and do it. After a session of that out in the heat, cold troughff dip and wrinkle til next morn.

I always react badly to bites.

Leg has a touch of cellulitis already.
