I was sweating!!!! | ||

On review of your training you are a Master Chef of variety. The spice of life I once was handed. I said whaaat! I am Rip Van Wrinkles Cuz. If I worked out with you I would make it through but would sleep 2 to Rexcover! I do one farmers round session foot swells forget squats log press the only way to be bad asstriod is you got to do it and do it and do it. After a session of that out in the heat, cold troughff dip and wrinkle til next morn. | ||
