Strict press 60, 100, Wraps, sleeves + belt, 120 x 3, 3, 3, 3. Push press Wraps + belt, 120 x 3, 3, 130 x 3, Sleeves, 140 x 3. Long jump 4, 4, 4 - best jump measured at 2.06m up a slope, so thats what i need to beat moving forwards. Straight back on to the programme tonight. Everything feeling pretty solid. | ||

Slight incline Hixxy press 70, 110, 130 x 3, 3, 140 x 3, Wraps, 150 x 3 - PB. TRX triceps extensions/TRX biceps curls - 2 supersets. Banded triceps pushdowns/banded biceps curls - 2 supersets. Nice session tonight, though feels as if it has been a long week. Nothing a long weekend can't fix though I'm sure. | ||

More than a little wrecked today from physio but it's the final few weeks of my peak and that means PBs in the programme. I didn't realise until after the event that the 127.5 was a pb, and done sleeveless as well which is nice. 130 wasn't max effort, so should be good for a nice single next week as well. Push press also feeling good, hopefully it crosses over to some extra kgs on my max log. | ||

Everything moving pretty well, though some major discomfort in my left shoulder, luckily it doesn't seem to be having much impact on strength so it's probably something i can leave until after the comp. Only realised tonight that I've not squatted for weeks, not really sure how that happened, just an unfortunate series of events i suspect. For that reason I'm very happy with the speed my final set moved. Fairly tired by i got to deads so dropped to 1 set so i could really commit to it. | ||
