More than a little wrecked today from physio but it's the final few weeks of my peak and that means PBs in the programme.
I didn't realise until after the event that the 127.5 was a pb, and done sleeveless as well which is nice. 130 wasn't max effort, so should be good for a nice single next week as well.
Push press also feeling good, hopefully it crosses over to some extra kgs on my max log.

Everything moving pretty well, though some major discomfort in my left shoulder, luckily it doesn't seem to be having much impact on strength so it's probably something i can leave until after the comp.
Only realised tonight that I've not squatted for weeks, not really sure how that happened, just an unfortunate series of events i suspect. For that reason I'm very happy with the speed my final set moved.
Fairly tired by i got to deads so dropped to 1 set so i could really commit to it.
