Latter sets were easier as they had a hand out. Lesson here is to use a spotter when available, even if I can do it without DB Press: 32.5 kg x 12 32.5 kg x 12 32.5 kg x 11F Failing the 12th rep on the last set really annoyed me. I've done 35 for multiple 12s in the past and even 37.5 x 12 on a good day. Perhaps I dropped too much weight too quick.. Pullup: + 20 kg x 10 sets of 5 BW x 5 (easy) Talked too much on the 10 sets, took me 40 mins, need to get it into 30 mins Facepulls: 4 x 20 | ||

These have really taken a hit from the diet. I've always been able to do 40 x 8 minimum and 10 on a good day Pullup: +20 kg x 10 sets of 5 (30 mins, good) Skullcrushers: +30 kg x 12 +35 kg x 12 +35 kg x 10 +30 kg x 12 (toasted, short rest) Cable Curl: 24.5 kg x 12/12/12 Facepulls: 20/20/20 Kept the rest periods short for the non barbell stuff | ||
