Couldn’t get properly centred on the bench today. Next week I will be planted and get all the reps

Incline BP:

Not great, 2 reps down on last week

NG pull-up:

+5 kg x 10 sets of 6 reps 2:00

Barbell curl against wall:

36 kg x 12,12,8+4 2:00

Preacher curls with straight bar:

+20 kg x 8,8,8,8,8 2:00. Enjoyed these

Db preacher curl:

14 kg x 12

Thanks very much. I’m a meaty 111 kilos right now (compared to 104 ish a year ago). That’s helping the squat gains!

Hopefully but the wife disagrees 😂. Nothing wrong with a bit of winter blubber

Bench press dead stop to pins near chest level:

120 x 10,10,8,1F

5:00 rests. Final set was like 30 seconds after the 8 repper

Incline:

Had some soreness in the left delt so will give shoulders and incline bench a rest for a few weeks

Flat bench press:

120 x 5 so easy
130 x 1
140 x 1

Admittedly this was T&G but the 140 flew

Chest press machine:

Up to 70 kg a side for 6,6

Let myself down a bit on the dead’s as I didn’t keep form solid , and rushed the reps

Back could have been straighter but not terrible

Took 2 weeks off shoulders due to delt pain

High incline barbell press:

60 x 4

Getting pain in the left delt again. This exercise clearly doesn’t agree with me 😥 which is a shame

High incline paused DB press:

40 x 10
42 x 10
44 x 10
46 x 10

Good. Not been that heavy in a long time

SA shoulder press machine:

+82.5 x 12,12,12 2:30

DB skullcrushers :

Up to 18 x 10

Facepulls:

26 x 25,25,25
