Final set was like 30 seconds after the 8 repper Incline: Had some soreness in the left delt so will give shoulders and incline bench a rest for a few weeks Flat bench press: 120 x 5 so easy 130 x 1 140 x 1 Admittedly this was T&G but the 140 flew Chest press machine: Up to 70 kg a side for 6,6 | ||

This exercise clearly doesn’t agree with me 😥 which is a shame High incline paused DB press: 40 x 10 42 x 10 44 x 10 46 x 10 Good. Not been that heavy in a long time SA shoulder press machine: +82.5 x 12,12,12 2:30 DB skullcrushers : Up to 18 x 10 Facepulls: 26 x 25,25,25 | ||
