Morning weight 103.1 kg

Operation: Get into the 100 kg class by Feb 23rd is going well.

If anything a bit too well- I will increase the calories slightly for I fear I am dropping weight a bit too fast for it to all be fat

Paused Bench:

60 kg x 5
80 kg x 5
100 kg x 5

115 kg x 5

First 3 sets I did without a spotter (even though I had a few options). Latter sets were easier as they had a hand out. Lesson here is to use a spotter when available, even if I can do it without

DB Press:

32.5 kg x 12

Failing the 12th rep on the last set really annoyed me. I've done 35 for multiple 12s in the past and even 37.5 x 12 on a good day. Perhaps I dropped too much weight too quick..

Pullup:

+ 20 kg x 10 sets of 5
BW x 5 (easy)

Talked too much on the 10 sets, took me 40 mins, need to get it into 30 mins

Ouch. These have really taken a hit from the diet. I've always been able to do 40 x 8 minimum and 10 on a good day

+20 kg x 10 sets of 5 (30 mins, good)

Skullcrushers:

+30 kg x 12 (toasted, short rest)

Cable Curl:

24.5 kg x 12/12/12

Kept the rest periods short for the non barbell stuff

2nd set was the best, last rep of sets 1 and 3 were a grind. Weight loss affecting bench the most.

That said, only on the very best of days would I have managed 130 x 4 paused
