Also found out midlands strongest man next year has max log in it.....beautiful! hopefully I can get after 190! | ||

thinner after lockdown Member 594, 4166 posts SQ 100, BP 80, DL 100280.0 kgs @ 120kgs Eq | 10min warm up (was rushing so cut it shorter than normal) paused squats high bar belt on 185x1 205x1 225x1 250x1 272.5x1 285x1 - all time PB (not had one of those for awhile) comments: Pretty shocked at that because Saturday's squats was horrid! then I went and moved slabs for acouple hours afterwards and yesteday I was on a day out with my son walking all day. All the beltless work has paid off, core felt solid today! also I'm still "off-season" at the moment, looking forward to seeing what happens when I go back on. | ||
