Changed gym so switched up my sessions to train with new group

A) deadlift beltless / deadlift bar
230x4 - 5 sec eccentric
240x3 - 5 sec eccentric
250x2 - 5 sec eccentric

260x2 - 5 sec eccentric

B) pull downs
4x10

Done. So sore from Tuesday still.

Felt terrible last few days. Got in and did something though, energy = 0!
