Do you think (I DO) it is worth doing Left arm reps with a manageable weight to give balance?

I’ve been doing dumbbell twice a week, lighter session I do both arms and heavier just the right. I’ve only got a few weeks til comp and I’ll do them all right arm on the day so just concentrating on that. if I had more time I’d probably switch between arms.

Dang.

What kind of tutu can you wear for body support?
Support belt and lifting belt over the top.
Yoke in a squat suit.

It is huge weight but I suspect some of the others will make it look not so huge. But I’m there to do my best and that I shall!

Thanks!
