Flat dumbbell press 40x5 50x5 60x12 Comments: decent session, axle was pretty s**t but it'll get there. squats were good, tweeked my knee alittle some how, I'll ice it and see how it feels tomorrow. | ||

AM: 10min mobility SSB squat belt on 220 5x2 Deadlift belt on 230 6x2 CG bench feet up 100 8x3 Comments: I can only fit 2 sessions in this week so I'm going back to week 3 smolov next week. Push press felt ok, racking the bar better but need more lockout strength. stones was fun as f**k. | ||
