comments: Pretty shocked at that because Saturday's squats was horrid! then I went and moved slabs for acouple hours afterwards and yesteday I was on a day out with my son walking all day. All the beltless work has paid off, core felt solid today! also I'm still "off-season" at the moment, looking forward to seeing what happens when I go back on.
