Are we talking 'Rodgered' in the sense of rusty balloon knot penetration?

Please don't take this the wrong way, as you are brilliant at what you do, but at your weight I'd be surprised if you could do a mile in less than 10-minutes.
I always look at people when they are out running and it's a pretty rare thing for me to see someone who is approaching a 6-min/mile pace.

Best I ever managed was a 7m15s mile at 95kg which is obviously heavy for a runner but I was very fit for that weight.

I can't imagine ANYONE running a 6 minute mile at the bodyweight of a strength athlete, ripped or not, weight is weight and it makes running harder!

When I was 13 I could do a mile in approx 5mins 45 (1500 in 5:22), but I doubt I could have even deadlifted 100.

I reckon a massive rugger (not a prop though) would be a good shout for this.

James Haskell would probably be a good shout. I would be very surprised if he couldn't deadlift upwards of 250 and I think he would definitely be sub 5 mins:30 for one mile. Maybe not quite zero, but probably close.

tom martin's biceps looked swole yesterday, if i pointed purple aki in his direction,
armed with a new set of shoelaces and quality leather bounded notepad,
would he be able to leg it from him in under 400 second per mile pace?

If he knew you where down there repping 180 on bench for fun you'd have the pleasure alright!

Afaik he's just big 6'5" and 20 stone - no idea how trained he is on any pics he just looks like a big lump...

You don't know me very well haha i agree 6 minutes would be out of my reach at this weight but I can still run fairly well, I'm not an average 130kg strongman when it comes to fitness levels. 10 minutes is jogging pace
