I think with Lee his fitness is good, but not spectacular, but he has insane guts and determination so just keeps going long after his body has told him to give up. With a 360 pull he could well be close to a neutral score on this.

Just being able to push through pain is a massive part of fitness tbh

I don't think I got an official 'mile' time but at my best for each I would be positive.

My best for both was about 6-7 years apart though.

I don't like racing less than 100m! It takes me a while to get going!

Geoff Capes beat Brendan Foster over 200m - he ran 25 and bits if I recall.

Absolute ultimate loal.

I'm only 221/70 which is 3.16 like Stone cold Steve Austin.

3.16
7.02 mile.
Lucky to have a 150 deadlift now haha.

That Capes 200m time is impressive.

I've been having a bit of a look round too for this...I am sure it would be in one of Dale Harder's Books if it had ever been done.

I'm sure Froning is only about a 260 deadlifter? And he's def not a 4:20 miler.

Getting a positive number would be pretty special indeed.

If there's one local go down to your running track and bang out a 75 sec 400,and then think of that x 4, the muscle required to pull 300 becomes an oxygen stealing mofo when trying to rum a descent mile time.
