Bar x 10 40 x 10 50 x 10 (4 sets) It's clear that this will be a very long and slow process, this is not like an injury where a few weeks of training sees big jumps in strength. | ||

I'm enjoying going to the gym though - also enjoying not being dead. "Stubborn c**t" was the delightful phrase used by my normally polite friend, after one of my near death experiences. | ||

Went to the gym this morning Standing press 20 x 10 30 x 10 (5 sets) - first set had every rep power cleaned 35 x 6 Deadlifts 60 x 10 (5 sets) Pleased to get my first "1 plate a side" exercise done. | ||
