Simple split, Squatting, pressing, deadlifting. Events were dropped for a short while to focus on base strenght, and now they're coming back in this week, with some yoke pickups (upto 400kg) and plenty of axle cleans etc. Yesterday... Pressing warm up Axle clean and push press overwarm set - 1@110kg 2x3@100kg 1x3@105kg 1x3@110kg CGBP (speed) 4x3@100kg 1x3@105kg (too easy even for speed). Incline DB press (3x10) Side and front raises tricep pushdowns I'm back | ||

Cheers. yeah bodyweight never went past where it was before i cut for the finals. Sitting around 91kg by the following week and stayed there. Work took over my life sadly. i still plan on doing the 105s though | ||
