Deadlift suit on 305x2 320xmiss - f**k me!! hips shot, back folded WTF! wank! log clean and push press (from chest) 120x5 140 3x1 SSB GMs suspended 100 5x8 ham curls 4x10 back extensions 3x20 Dead hangs 3xfaolure done. I don't know weather to stick with the suit or not, I'm now worse in it than without it.....but I have got 15+ kg out of it in the past BUT I was less fat then. Hmmmmm? | ||

CG bench press 2 board 140x3 160x3 175x3 187.5x3 195x3 add slingshot 200x5 207.5x3 I just wanted to hold something heavy in the hands, 190 last week felt heavier than it should. Paused off chest 155 3x6 Wide grip 60x30 Seated shoulder press 100 3x12 side raises 4x15 done. | ||

Yesterday I did arms and grip. tonight: squat suit on straps down 180 2x2 220x2 260x2 280x1 300x1 fast but felt horrible! lol deadlift suit on 280 3x2 13inch deadlift 300x3 done. Average. | ||

Was a pretty cool oldschool gym owned by hells angels apparently, was cleanest gym I've ever been to, everyone re-racked there s**t lol. CG bench (paused last rep of each set) + 32 chains 80x10 100 x5 120 x5 140 x5 150 x5 160x3 - nice! chains off 140x14 - was good nice and fast then just died! pec deck 4x20 done. decent little session. | ||

CG bench paused 140x5 160x8 175x1 185x3 - very nice. paused PB? incline DB press hammer grip 30x8 50x8 60x10 75x1 - lol very awkward to throw up myself. Flys 5x20 10min incline walk. | ||
