Body weight still climbing slowly. hoping to get upto 145kg. deadlifts belt only 260x10 - nice, form felt much better than it has been lately. barbell row 140 2x10 Chest supported row 2x8 GHR 3x10 - put band around chest to help Rev hyper 3x15 good. positive. looking forward to events on Sunday. | ||

thinner after lockdown Member 594, 4166 posts SQ 100, BP 80, DL 100280.0 kgs @ 120kgs Eq | Log clean (each rep) and press took a s**t load of warm ups upto: 150x3 medley 20m per implement zercher carry, keg carry, Duck walk 3 runs - not sure on weights but not too heavy stones to low platform loads and loads of reps working on technique with 110, 120, 130, 150 loaded the 150 for a double no tacky so that's a PB. I changed my hand position on the bar that I saw on a podcast and it helped me get the bar just a touch lower and the difference was unreal! crazy how a little thing like that changes the lift so much. happy! | ||

Concept 2 1000m row - steady warm up pace 500m row - picked up pace but still comfy 1:49, happy with that. front squat 60kg into bench 60kg into Deadlift 60kg 10 reps on each. 30 secs rest 8 reps " 6 reps " 4 reps " 2 reps " 4 reps " 6 reps " 8 reps " 12 reps " that was f**king disgusting! Half hour stretch. | ||

But not far off. suit was abit tight, struggled to get air in properly. medly duck walk 15m into keg 15m into Tyre flip x3 - 4 sets nice. | ||
