Went to physio this morning, felt good and refreshed. Body weight still climbing slowly. hoping to get upto 145kg.

deadlifts belt only
260x10 - nice, form felt much better than it has been lately.

took a s**t load of warm ups upto:
150x3

medley 20m per implement
zercher carry, keg carry, Duck walk
3 runs - not sure on weights but not too heavy

stones to low platform
loads and loads of reps working on technique with 110, 120, 130, 150

loaded the 150 for a double no tacky so that's a PB.

- did 4 sets of iso deadlift from under the knee 5secs inbetween the first 4 sets.

I changed my hand position on the bar that I saw on a podcast and it helped me get the bar just a touch lower and the difference was unreal! crazy how a little thing like that changes the lift so much.

did a full hour of stretching yesterday, felt pretty good afterwards!

Concept 2
1000m row - steady warm up pace
500m row - picked up pace but still comfy 1:49, happy with that.

front squat 60kg into

Deadlift 60kg

10 reps on each. 30 secs rest

12 reps "

that was f**king disgusting!

took around 12-14 secs to run, rest was walking back down.

went and did hot and colds after that 5min each 2 rounds. tubs was only small so just put legs in.

6AM training ouch! only got 4/5 hours sleep too.

20mins mobility

270x9 - might of been 10 lost count. rep PB ? not too hard either

threw up 3 times during this session, eat then had a pre workout straight after is a bad combo!
