Burnleys strongest man opens. just jumped in last week so not done any events really.


Axle clean and press 125kg
Strict pressed the first 2 then push pressed another 4. 2nd

Farmers 20m dt at 10m 145kg
Really horrid cylinders. dropped it 4/5 times but finished. About 5th but ripped my hand pretty bad.

Forward hold 20kg
As soon as I took the weight my shoulder.joints we're screaming. Dropped it at like 15secs. last?

Deadlift axle 280kg
Axle was 60mm so hard to grip anyway but my right hand kept slipping. 5 reps. 5th?

130kg sandbag carry
Didn't grip it very well but went with it anyway. 70M. 4th?

4th over all. mixed bag.

Still a good effort though. I think if the wings at spoons weren't so sub par you would have cracked a 2nd. Also were your laces too tight?
