Had squats off Tuesday, worked day and night sat,sun,mon so felt like death.

I just wanted to hold something heavy in the hands, 190 last week felt heavier than it should.

Checked out a different gym today. Was a pretty cool oldschool gym owned by hells angels apparently, was cleanest gym I've ever been to, everyone re-racked there s**t lol.
