Good session, very surprised to get the PB, I've felt like sh1t for the past couple of days.
That's the first time I've doubled 120, the one at the end was very close to being a single.
Got described tonight by a young lad as 'tonk', I think it was a compliment.

First time of trying all 3 lifts in one session, had to do deads after squats couldn't get on bench, all done in about 80 mins.
160 squat was nowhere near depth so I'm not having it as a PB.
Felt a twinge in my lower back from picking up a 5 kg plate, took deads very carefully and didn't push the 190.
The 115 bench was sort of paused as was the last 120 but they were both very hard.
The twinge in my back is an old injury that's been aggravated, we'll see what the next few days bring, comp is looking doubtful.

well done on your pb's ,I struggle with squat depth at max weights ,going below paralell just aint natural!

I'm only 5' 8" as well Ed which really doesn't help, sometimes even when I go ass to the floor I still wonder if I'm getting deep enough. I won't know until I compete I suppose
