Quite happy, first time competing without wraps on squat but will hope to nail more than this in June.
Bench was as bad as expected, not put the work in.
Deads were actually ok, a little more there maybe but no PB.

Quite happy with that, going to concentrate on deads for a few weeks and rest my squats.
Potentially got a deadlift only comp in 6 weeks but more importantly my left knee is telling me to back off.

Abs

Experimented with extensions before squats to try to alleviate some of the issues I'm having with my left knee.
It seemed to work well at the time but I think my knee is telling me my heavy squatting days could be numbered.

Extensions

Good and bad.
After the usual poor first work set the 75 kg felt good for a few sets of doubles, however after getting down from the bars my dipping belt snapped, left me with a nice dent in my shin.
