Deadlift only comp
Warmed up to a single at 220 then

250 kg
270 kg
280 kg (f)

Quite happy even though the 280 didn't move, weigh in was on the day so no time to drop water.
BW = 94.5 kg weight lifted = 270 kg score = 2.85 which was good enough for 9th place on the day, very close though with 4th place being 2.96.

All done wrapless, beltless and paused, one of my best sessions in a while.
Decided I'm surrounded by the wrong people in my current gym so moved back to the old one at least for the heavy sessions.

Possibly the best dips I've ever done in terms of weight volume.
