More progress, up to 135 done with feet up, need to back from doing tricep work and let my elbows rest.
Just over 5 weeks to the worlds, decided I'm doing the 90 kg class.

Calves, abs.

Will try to stick to squats on Mondays and hacks on Fridays to supplement, has worked previously.
Left knee seems to have an ongoing issue.

Odd session, I wanted to bang in some quality singles or even doubles at 150 but my back cramped and it knocked the wind out of me, hands were cramping too, probably need more water and potassium in my diet.
