Calves

Not done leg press in a while, 450 and 500's nearly killed me but quite happy with that.
Quite light headed after that one.

All done beltless and no wraps apart from the 270's.
The 200 is probably the heaviest I've been without a belt but more depth needed.

Poor, wanted more at 280 but failed on the second, still a little jaded from mid-week I think.
11 weeks to worlds, cleaner diet from tomorrow and more structured training.
