Hamstrings

No belt, no chalk, trainers on, s**ty bar, grip gave out as expected but managed to lock out, quite happy with that

Started the Kortes 3 x 3, by far the hardest session in a long time, almost puked.
I may have started too heavy or I'm just well out of shape, I'll try to stick with it.

Partial squats
3 x 3 x 200 kg

All done no wraps, no belt, 5 reps is the target.
Kortes routine lasted all of one session, I don't have the put in the work and I fairly sure I wouldn't recover in time either.

All done no wraps no belt, crap bar too.
An improvement in form, volume and weight over last week but lower back niggle persists.
Next comp in just under 4 weeks but just a qualifier for the comp in June so not a max effort.

Put the belt back on in readiness for the comp in just under 3 weeks.
180's were all ok but not as easy as I thought they might have been.
