Used it today for the first time and it's made a big difference. The plan for today was 5 x 5 at 145 kg, previous bests were 5 x 5 142.5 and 160 for a triple. Very confident now that the 200 will fall soon. | ||

The 192.5 PB is only a 2.5 increase but it was a much better lift than the 190 from 2 weeks ago and there should be more to come next week. | ||

It's a machine/frame you sit on with a pad supporting your chest, there are 2 levers in front of you that you pull to get the rowing action, at the other end of the levers are poles sticking up for you to put plates onto. | ||

Failed on the OH Press. Hack Squats at 170 were little more than half squats and the mehanics of the frame assist quite a bit but still a good support exercise. | ||
