All done feet up and relatively comfortable, increased weight and frequency is causing a little tendonitis to creep back in. Possibly go for quality over quantity now

Quite happy with this, work on the reps at 300 now.
Bought some Strength Shop Odin knee wraps last year and couldn't get on with them, tried them on the 300's tonight and I'm going to persevere with them, if I'm honest they're too hard core for my level.

180 to 220 is too far, lesson learned.

A planned comfortable 2 x 260 turned out to be a relatively hard single.
I'm trying to take comfort in the fact that my strength often seems to diminish a little a couple of weeks before a comp and I put it down to very few rest days and it returns as I back off in the run up.

Probably about 30 kg short of what I wanted and honestly expected on the day.
I was in good shape going into this but made schoolboy errors - didn't have time to wrap properly on 3rd squat, didn't wait for the command on my first bench, judged to have slammed the bar down too harshly on my first lift.
I honestly felt the 235 squat was there on the day and had my first dead been valid I would have jumped straight to the 275 attempt. You live and learn.

Possibly one of the best bench sessions in some time, even with a niggle in my previously injured shoulder.
I have been training almost daily since the World's but just not logging it as it's been a bit of a come down to be honest.
Building back up to a local Push and Pull in 2 weeks then take a few weeks to decide what next year will look like.
