Hello all
I've been posting on MT for a while but thought I'd start posting here too as I have aspirations of competing as a power lifter in the near future and my training has changed accordingly.
Currently I train Squats on Monday, Bench Press on Tuesday, Deadlift on Thursday and OH Press on Friday, I also do support exercises on the relevant days.
I do a 3 week cycle doing 5's, triples, singles then back to 5's, I've been doing this since the start of the year, so about 6 weeks.
Current bodyweight is hovering around 90 kg and all training is done raw.
I weighed about 81 kg before Christmas after dieting down and was thinking about competing at 82.5 kg but recently I've started to think that 90 kg might be my 'natural' weight.

PB's were a little 'backy' but ok.
I normally do Hyper Extensions on Squat day but no time tonight.

If you're PB ing on bench after all those rep at 90-95%, you could have a bit more in there.

I'm still finding my feet with this routine to be honest, the plan is that in a few weeks I'll be at a level where the 5 singles are all I can do.
I'm here to learn though so all help is greatly appreciated.

No PB on the singles but that's the first time I've been able to hold onto the bar long enough to do a triple at 160. Grip let me down on the 185 and is holding me back on deads but improving slowly.

I would normally do lat raises on Friday but I've taken them out and put in Deadlift Holds to try to improve my grip.
OH Press at 70 kg should have been a triple but failed.
Holds will be moved to the end of the session from next week.
