Had to be quick today, had a leaving do for at work and was heading out for dinner

Wrist still sore, post night shift

4 is equal pb so happy with 4 sets with a sore wrist, post night shift and hand off from a woman so pretty much just me

Decided to keep my arms straight to help my wrist for the rest, short rest throughout

Was in very southern Edinburgh (Newcastle) for an interview. Wasnt much fun. Doubtful. Drove 2.5hrs back. Usual stiffness from that. Head all foggy post interview

So I felt strong but pure made that s**t as expected. The rest was good fun though
