Snatch grip rows don't require much flexibility? Arms wide and pull to your chest. If you can bench with a fairly wide grip then you can do snatch grip rows lol

Then we had a gym birthday party lol

People were doing squat bench and dead so I just f**ked about a bit, did 140kg pause squat for a minute which was horrible and 220 doh deadlift

Then we did a team pull up challenge (3 to a team)
10 minutes amrap: we did 159 with me doing most of them. Winners did 202 the bas***ds.

Then we did bring sally up. I did 100kg and died lol had to drop the bar

Done.
