Bed at 8.45. Up at 10 for a wee. Then up properly at 12. Actually felt ok but usual lethargic session

A trip to IS for the first time in a long time. Was a bit cautious with things as worried about snapping my s**t up again

I felt ok until just. Elbows sore, dont know why. Knees are stiff. Arse is squirmy (as in glute)
