did a biology degree in the US....decided i didn't wanna study nematode worms for a PhD

this led to me coming back to the UK and starting an MPharm here at the Uni of Brighton

Now I'm confused. So you went out to the US for your degree? I thought you were a transplanted American. You must have lived in the UK for a while to eradicate your American accent?

right....here is the Reader's Digest versionGrin

i was born to an American mother and have had a US passport since i was born.....i was born in St. Georges Hospital London.....i finally got a Britsh passport as well in late 2006 after getting untold s**t from an immigration official at Gatwick...f**king c**t!

i studied up to my A-levels here in the UK.....due to circumstances that i don't wish to get into on the board, i went to live in the USA......i studied biology there as i kinda enjoyed it at A-level......but upon thinking about it, i realised i didn't fancy a career in it, so i came back to the UK and figured that pharmacy would be a good craic.....4 years later, i am hopefully gonna graduate......i just need to get to studying!!! i still wanna do a PhD or PharmD.....will decide in a few years which route i will take.

BA(Hons) Human Movement Studies, Carnegie Leeds, went back to education at 26 yrs old in 1991 to 1994, then worked as a gym manager which was ideal for my Triathlon training at the time, have been working in Construction material sales since 1996. The leisure industry on the whole still relies on students or employees who love the job and are prepared to work for next to nothing IMO. Was great for training though and meeting girls as a single guyWink
