Cheers. I've had a number of tests done that show that I don't have asthma.

I wasn't too impressed but yesterday's session had some drama that didn't allow full concentration and real motivation. I actually felt more motivated after the session to get right back in and train.

Also, not used to having much more than 100kg in my hands over head so stability is an issue. Need to work some other areas to help combat this. Will do some bench with chains on Saturday and that should also help over time.

Do tell what was the drama?!
110kg is a solid number. I have no idea what I'm pushin' for a single right now but I'm unsure if I'd hit the 110 yet. Good luck with the stability work.

The drama was nothing that won't be forgotten and built upon. Just a bad day at the office for one of the lads.

Holding 110kg in my hands felt really particularly as I was doing a decline bench i.e. no feet on the floor.

It will all come together in a few weeks when I win the race to 120kg.

Training tonight? I've asked Andy, but as you have the most spare time can you burn a CD at all for training tonight?
