So, I decided to train rather than watch the weightlifting. Quite glad I did

Squats
120 x 5
132.5 x 5
145 x 5
155 x 5
165 x 5. Felt awkward for some reason - line was all over the shop. Didin't feel heavy though
walkout x 2 at 205

Leg press
3 x 8 at 300 (how Cleggy squatted this I'll never f**king know!)

Bench
87.5 x 5
95 x 5
105 x 5
112.5 x 5
120 x 5. Pleased with these. 2 or 3 reps in the tank

CGBP
3 x 5 at 110. Nice and easy

Bit of Birthday training today. Not been in the gym for a while (cold and chest infection) so first in a week

Well, its been a while....no training for the last few weeks. Mrs B and I welcomed our baby daughter into the world on the 19th, so nothing since then. Will be back on Tuesday though with another false dawn. By god, young babies make you tired
