The 17 YO is a 53k girl who lifted 85 / 107 at the recent Youth Olympics, she seems half decent

5 sets of 5 at 145 (felt bloody hard, even though they are a girly weight)

Leg press
4 x 8 at 270

machine squat
3 x 8 at 140

leg extensions
2 x 8 at '6'

quads were nicely toasty after this lot, and another s**tty walk back to work

Bit of a short session today as I had to get pressing and squats in quickly

Squats
5 x 5 at 147.5

Strict press
3 x 2 at 90
3 x 5 at 70

took about 35-40 mins in total. benching and deadlifting tomorrow

Solid 117 at the moment. Not really getting lighter, but body comp seems to be changing a bit. Must have my diet right for me finally

I've developed a foolproof technique you can use to sculpt a model of an elephant.

1. Get a huge block of marble.
2. Chip away anything that doesn't look like an elephant.
