Looks like I'll probably need to get down to 105 for the new GBPF weight classes so a double incentive there

Squats and benches today...exactly the same as on Friday so won't put the weights down here.

Really felt the lack of sleep and poor nutrition (read not enough calories) over the weekend. Definately felt like I was running on empty Unhappy
