Maybe you just need a full pressing deload, mate. You had an enforced squat/dead deload with your injury, but you've been pressing full-on for months now.

Not really. I dropped the weight massively on all pressing exercises a few weeks back. When I started building up again the strength just didn't come back.

Squat

Excellent. Squatting is quite odd at the moment because the light weights don't actually feel that hard but the heavy ones still go up. The most I've done with 170 before is a single. The last rep here was assisted from about 1/3 of the way up but I'm 99% certain it was going up anyway, but the spotter (who did keep out of the way for the first 3, to be fair to him) evidently decided it was too slow.

Bench Press

Like you say its odd how your pressing is down (although it seems to be coming back a bit?), has it been since you pulled your pec bad? Maybe it's still healing and not quite letting you go all out?

Looking on track for 200 squat in near future though, good stuff.
