Squatting is quite odd at the moment because the light weights don't actually feel that hard but the heavy ones still go up. The most I've done with 170 before is a single. The last rep here was assisted from about 1/3 of the way up but I'm 99% certain it was going up anyway, but the spotter (who did keep out of the way for the first 3, to be fair to him) evidently decided it was too slow. Bench Press 60x3, 80x3, 100x3, 110x2, 120x1, 125x1, 127.5x1 Absolute s**te. SLDL off block 60x10, 105x10x3 Decline sit-up +10x10x2 Pullthrough 2x15 Hammer Curl 15s x 12, 10 | ||
