I keep looking at this post and every time thinking "what the loal is a megazord?" it sounds cool

How can you not know? All the power rangers get their dinosaur things and they all stick together to make the megazord while some sick guitar solo blares that would make even the greatest gods of guitar jealous. come on man absolute staple of the 90s

This is one of my ambitions but I may settle for owning a strip club ha

If you're really lucky and you do it right, your club will be at the centre of a huge conspiracy in 100 year's time

JackRevans said:jim blanchflower has told me on multiple occasions not to take ibuprofen before training because it stops your blood from coagulating so if you get a small muscle tear it will bleed a lot and become a larger muscle tear

take pre WO warfarin for the best cavity bleeds

Wow, that's the mark of a good lifter. 215x5 then a 270 max is some serious skill at maxing

I saw a physio a few months ago in Bethnal Green when it was at its worst. He helped it become not as bad however it is now bad

And couldn't come up with a diagnosis ?

I'm guessing he ruled out serious things then

Other people I know have had similar results and I find this fascinating; almost unbelievable.
I can understand ones deadlift improving without squatting at all (but continuing to train deadlift). Lots of people have done this.
But squat and deadlift improving without training either of them, I find difficult to swallow. You're not the first to say this though; I've heard it from others.

Last 2.5 months for me, no change to diet -

No squats, no deadlifts, no front squats, no stiff legs.
However, 3x week leg press, GHR, leg extensions, DB lunges, leg curls, all sorts of rep ranges, chasing strength with 3-5 reps right up to drop sets for 20 reps

Result - 1" lost off legs and weak as piss.
