Felt a bit weak today, but got some good work in i think. olympics crew and shawn present + special quests little_a and olympics sports virgin Tommy.

f**ked this one up and time was bad.

Also a bit of a wake up call how tough it is to start the session with a heavy medley. Felt sick afterwards for a good while...

cant complain! Frequency works - this was the third time on the log this week. Dont think i have got any stronger, just the pressing line was much better. Need to keep this up for a while.

Arm over arm
12m x 152kg on tyre - too heavy, or rather, was too weak for that. Still, good training since its impossible to know how heavy the arm over arm will be at the comp.
