Lovely jubbly!
Max pull, followed by tri-sets = circuit training = Crossfit!
Looking forward to seeing the whole routine.

The 90 & 80% work is probably a bit more impressive for me than the max pull, just because straight after a PB, I've gone mentally and couldnt be arsed to then put some solid graft in.....great mentality shown above IMO

I really like the 100/90/80% work. I tried something similar a few workout's back and it helped me get some graft in. Like you I've always trained as I felt on the day but I can't help thinking a little programming wouldn't go amiss.
Will you be logging any details of you 'ratio' , I have to admit I was massively impressed by your levels of depravity when it was explained to me

Cheers fellas, when I've 'sampled' all sessions and edited if required I'll start a thread with it in. I've spent hours scratching my head over this one, so it'll hopefully prove effective. I've had a couple of guys who I trust have a look at it and seems to be OK.
Posterior chain is absolutely hammered this morning, feels good after a break! Personally I think it's the back off sets which will really give you the benefit on ME days, but JC is right, takes 10 minutes of sitting and getting your head right again!
And ssshh paggers

Do you roll your t shirt up so you can look at your muscles in the mirror or is there a technical reason?
slimsim22/08/12 @ 16:45
Nice PB and voluminous start to the new journal.
In regards to the push press with bands, do you not end up just putting in more leg drive to overcome the band tension and therefore negate any benefit for your shoulders?

John, the guns are for the fans I actually have skinny arms so should keep them covered up really lol!
Si, thats exactly why they're there, to promote more effective leg drive for pressing, the strict afterwards is for my shoulders and tris. Having said that with banded PP the press out is still quite tough.
Cheers Neil, all felt good
