Doing a lot of work in the 3s or 5s and just building up to some new PBs in a few weeks

Hopefully 190 bench 260 squat and try a 270-280 dead in 4 or 5 weeks.

Todays training

Been a busy day so only had a short session with some little guys Grin

Incline press
Warm up reps

Bench
120 x 5
140 x 3
160 x 3
160 x 3
160 x 3
160 x 3
160 x 4

Showed the guys technique for clean and jerks etc (not them I'm any good at them) and then did some strict press nothing too exciting or worth writing.

It wasn't inclines, I warmed up on inclines coz some gok wan lookalikes were on the bench but the work sets were flat bench.

Never train at franchise gyms!

If you can do 240 x 3,3,5 then you would easily hit 280 you tit.

Strong bodyweight benching. Need to keep up
