A) thanks you

B) benching with elbows by my side like powerlifters

C) don't have any bands so its just exploding off the chest as fast as possible. Gonna do speed one week then paused stuff the next.

D) missed out squats because of coming home last week and working all day saturday they will be here friday

E) because I thought you liked that?????

Todays very painful training Unhappy

Squats
60 x 5
70 x 5
110 x 5
130 x 5
150 x 5
180 x 5
200 x 3
200 x 3
200 x 3

Ankle was absolute agony when was at the bottom of squats almost bailed a few times

Single leg press x 1 set gave up due to ankle been too painful couldn't get it low enough

Light single leg press to stretch ankle

Leg extensions x 4 sets 15 reps

ABZZZZ!!!!! 4 sets of crunch machine things with drop set at the end

Also had a walk around tesco afterwards which probably doesn't count but it got my legs anyway Happy

Done!

Slow off the floor but fast to lock out. Happy its increasing every week but just know its in my head slightly.

Leg curls x 5 sets 10-15 reps

Circuit
110 x 10 barbell rows
Pull ups to failure with some assistance
140 x 10 shrugs
Tbar rows (on the worst machine ever) x 10

2 sets of circuit

1 set circuit reversed (did 12 reps on tbar, shrugs and barbell rows

Felt like a fast session and enjoyed doing the circuit
