Had some niggles in my back/rotator cuff over the weekend did some foam rolling etc felt ok when woke up today but soon as started lifting it niggled. Also cracked my back when put my socks on this morning again thought nothing of it but started niggling and then when stopped deadlifting it just seized up completely. These are only minor upsets but very annoying There is a video of my training partner nick doing 260 for 7 reps and at only 19 this lad is crazy strong will try get the vid up on here for everyone to see | ||

Having lots of problems with biceps/triceps/forearms/shoulders at the min and hoping some higher rep stuff will ease it off | ||

Todays training Deads DOH 60 x lots 100 x 8 140 x 5 MG 180 x 5 220 x 3 240 x 3 Straps 250 x 3 260 x 5 rep PB I think MG 260 x 1 and held at top just to see if grip would hold up (calluses didn't haha) Sumo SLDL 140 x 5 140 x 5 140 x 5 Very weird position for me and seems to get the glutes a lot which will hopefully help me get some junk in my trunk Circuit Assisted pull up x failure Barbell rows 100kg x 10+ reps Barbell shrugs 140kg x 12+ reps Tbar rows x 12+ reps Did 3 sets of this and on the last set did drops sets Good session today still having problems with biceps but just carried on regardless. The plan for deadlift is to use straps for top set and then drop off and work on the mixed grip. | ||
