240 x 2 bicep twinged so put strap on got 1 more rep and the bicep was well f**ked

Did some leg curls whilst waited for nick to finish

Very unimpressed! Had some niggles in my back/rotator cuff over the weekend did some foam rolling etc felt ok when woke up today but soon as started lifting it niggled. Also cracked my back when put my socks on this morning again thought nothing of it but started niggling and then when stopped deadlifting it just seized up completely.

These are only minor upsets but very annoying Unhappy

There is a video of my training partner nick doing 260 for 7 reps and at only 19 this lad is crazy strong will try get the vid up on here for everyone to see

Had some slight niggles in the rotator cuff again

Dumbbell flyes x 3 sets 10 reps

Machine Chest Press x 3 sets

Tricep Death
this is 6 reps to 5' board 6 reps to 2.5' board and 6 to chest with narrowish grip

100kg did 6 to 5' board 5 to 2.5' board and died haha

80kg 6 to 5' board 6 to 2.5' board and 2 or 3 to chest

Triceps are f**ked!!!!!!!

Pushdowns 2 sets of 50-80 reps till couldnt move arms at all

Face pulls 3 sets of 45 reps

Barbell Curls 3 sets of 20 reps

Having lots of problems with biceps/triceps/forearms/shoulders at the min and hoping some higher rep stuff will ease it off Grin

Very weird position for me and seems to get the glutes a lot which will hopefully help me get some junk in my trunk Grin

Circuit
Assisted pull up x failure
Barbell rows 100kg x 10+ reps
Barbell shrugs 140kg x 12+ reps
Tbar rows x 12+ reps

Did 3 sets of this and on the last set did drops sets

Good session today still having problems with biceps but just carried on regardless.

The plan for deadlift is to use straps for top set and then drop off and work on the mixed grip.
