220 x 3 almost gave up ankle hurt so much but manned up and carried on

Calf raises x 3 sets just for ankle really

Abzzzzzzz x 3 sets

Felt knackered today late night at work and early morning for whinging females not good combo

Ankle is causing a lot of problem just not sure how to get RoM back into my ankle which is uber dogger!

Machine rows x 4 sets 15-20 reps

Dumbbell curls x 3 sets 8-12 reps

20 kilo plate hold 42 seconds (nick only get 14 muhahahaha)

Good quick session back is feeling stronger but will just take it slow 240 for 3 sets of 3 sets next week hopefully and carry on like that 3 sets of 3 then 3 sets of 5 and increase weight week after simples!

On another note....life fitness machines are gay!

Set out to do 3 sets of 3 at 150 but felt easy so set out to do 5 sets of 3 but last set I thought f**k it let's see what I've got

Incline bench

120 x 5 horrible!

Didn't feel brilliant on shoulder just seemed to pull it. Maybe its my inflexibility.

Happy with benching at the moment never been a strong presser and especially at benching so to be hitting these numbers is a big thing for me. Training at the minute seems to be heading towards powerlifting and really enjoying it to be honest. Gonna do some overhead stuff on saturday but nothing crazy just try some reps.

200 x 9! PB I thinks Grin just felt faint because couldn't catch any air think another 1 could of been there but it would of been close

Leg extensions x 4 sets 20 reps

Calves 1 set lightweight ankle pain ouchy

Abzzzzzz

Happy with progress on squats started with 3 sets of 3 reps and now this already the strength is coming back Happy

Biceps were killing so strapped up
240 x 3
240 x 5 more were there but bicep felt like was gonna tear off

Attempted some rows but bi's were too painful

Leg curls x 4 sets 12-20 reps

Cardio!!!!!

Biceps have been aching all weekend but thought they had calmed down today but obviously not. Did lots of stretching and warming up before started deads but that didn't help. Disappointed I had to switch back to straps I wanted to build up my grip but that's how it goes sometimes Unhappy

haven't been in here and i must say some slid training 29 reps total with 200 is alot of volume indeed.
