Yeah mate, taking more and more weight to start feeling it, but it’s still there. Aiming to pull 700lbs this year so could do with it f**king off some time soon haha

The push press was silly mate. Got into a battle for the house record with one of the lads lol. I’ve not done a push press since 2013. The 120kg was close though. I’m pretty sure I’d get that within a few weeks.

Also with the stone, 140 wasn’t even the plan lol. It was to get 120 for 1 but it felt so easy I just went for it. Should just stick to powerlifting really, I’m better at that lol

Also Danny I don’t know if you have tried doing the push/pull ratio of 1:1. My right shoulder was f**ked for 3 years. Feb 2016 - roughly Feb 2019. Every session was excruciating and I was taking 600mg ibuprofen and sometimes codeine or tramadol just to train.

Then I heard of this push/pull ratio and always make sure I’m doing that now. I’m so shocked how it changed my shoulder health. Honestly feel like I have a new shoulder. I though my benching heavy days were over. Maybe worth a try?
