Got into a battle for the house record with one of the lads lol. I’ve not done a push press since 2013. The 120kg was close though. I’m pretty sure I’d get that within a few weeks. Also with the stone, 140 wasn’t even the plan lol. It was to get 120 for 1 but it felt so easy I just went for it. Should just stick to powerlifting really, I’m better at that lol | ||

My right shoulder was f**ked for 3 years. Feb 2016 - roughly Feb 2019. Every session was excruciating and I was taking 600mg ibuprofen and sometimes codeine or tramadol just to train. Then I heard of this push/pull ratio and always make sure I’m doing that now. I’m so shocked how it changed my shoulder health. Honestly feel like I have a new shoulder. I though my benching heavy days were over. Maybe worth a try? | ||
