Cheers bud. I’ve genuinly got so many niggles going on at the moment it’s a joke. I’m probably only training at 70-80%. Like you say, I feel like if I can get rid of all the niggles, i’ll have so much more in me

Drop to 13 stone...then build back up with lighter weights. Just a thought. I remember Tom Martin doing just that about 6 years ago... cured his shocking squat...and just look at him now Wink

400mg ibuprofen, 1 tramadol. Most pain free I’ve been for a while. Pain coming back on the 100kg for reps. We’ll have to see how I feel when I wake up in the morning when the painkillers have worn off

Weird session today. Just came in to roll and stretch and a bit of light accessories and ended up helping one guy bench technique and another fit squat lol.
