I would only compete if I had a chance of making PB's for progression and with my current comparative frailty I couldn't.

Haven't done 'Snatch Grip Front Raises in Squat' in a long time and my shoulder flexibility was limited and the region was tight from recent overhead pressing. Reps were not at full extension but improved in to 3rd set.
