Becca is allowed to compete in UK's so training will be for that now. It is soon, only be 5 months back into training for her and she defo won't be in top shape but hopefully qualifies for europes and worlds and can be for that. Have see how it goes.

What i mean by stiff legs from toes is starting and lowering the bar to front of toes each rep so it's way out infront. Going to keep doing them like that till end of this phase, got about another month left. Hopefully becca can do 120kg x 8 by then but don't know how quick she will progress. f**king sumo off as it's not allowed in strongwoman.

Why would you be teaching someone to pull from their toes?
If becca has anything like the genetics you claim 5 months would be more than enough time to place at UKs. Genetic freaks have achieved more with much less prep time.

It's basically to make it harder as were only doing double overhand for the time being but it also helps strengthen lats and hamstrings / glutes more and when she is pulling normally it will actually help her keep the bar tight towards her as we are basically putting the bar way out infront then pulling it towards us as we lift (same motion on hyper extension to pre exhaust).
Oh she can definitely place but it might be harder to win uk's this year for her than winning worlds next year.

Not going to answer the last question Jack. A savage close is closing the gripper then clicking the handles together another 4 times so closing it 5 times then slowly open up and that's one rep.

Sore as f**k. Hopefully get some good gainz and hit 170kg 3 x 8 on those deadlifts next time but that might be too hard. My strength going up well now but really need to gain weight. Still only 20 stone so need to eat more. Pikefingers14/06/16 @ 22:05

Good point I'm sure I saw Donna Moore and some bloke doing stone over yoke pretty sure it was a male female team.might be wrong.

If I get injured yes, otherwise no as it really helps keep me motivated to get stronger training with her.
Never heard of couples comps but will look into it.

This was just a conventional team comp. D Unit was the only woman involved, all other teams were two men.

Yeah she was asked by her friend to partner up in that event from what I gather , 135k stone over yoke for reps ,not easy she strong.

- to 410kg x 20
smith front squat
- to 110kg x 15

- to 310lb x 20 with two drops
single leg seated calf raise
- 30kg dumbbell on knee 3 x reps each leg
Could barely walk for most of this. Front squats on smith didnt work, will just do normal squats next time.
