I loved the way Alex came out of nowhere to lift that stone too, awesome! Although i ran out of memory towards the end I tried to make sure people's pb's were caught on camera and will send all the footage I have to you Emma said she got ben's pb tactic overhead lift for example which is great Thanks for recording mine and davids empty log challenge boar and the beasty stone load for Alex is the icing on the windows movie maker cake, 22 reps!!! Member 5, 25597 posts Administrator | WOW , well that was one of the most fabulous days ever !! lovely weather , lovey set up , lovely guys !! i went: 120/130/140 PB 245/265PB/272.5PB i came 6th i think it was: karl grant andy goswell ben france niall jones mike howarth jonny 'me' wignall i won the 62kg log for reps in 75 seconds with 22 kenny won the bodyweight bench with 26 alex curletto got ther 203 stone not 100% on the hold event but joni did VERY well i am delighted with my PB's ! tom did a 330 deadlift ..karl did 340 or 350 ..... and 190 vausie NAILED a 210 deadlift fanny PB 95kg ftoh awsome pagan junior got a 232.5 PB OUT OF THE BLUE ben 325 raw deadlift pb ...PB's were all over the shop !!! many thanks to ALL at OSG ..eps the 2 loaders ..both sexy men. | ||

 A very experienced novice Member 1092, 1989 posts SQ 170, BP 125, DL 245540.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq | Awesome day, had a really good time and it was a very well ran comp, my lifts for the Push were 90/100/110-fail, nearlly had it just lost it forward at lockout! For the deadlift i was planning to open on 190 but after warming upto 190 i changed my mind, i ended up doing 200/215/232.5 for a PB! Really happy about this and slightly shocked as its 42kg more than ive been pulling in training and ive lost 8kg bodyweight since i pulled 230kg in may @93kg! For the stones i did 110/120/135 and narrowly failed to lap the 160. Got to say a big thank you to Niall, Millsy, Boar and everyone else for really boosting my confidence with the deadlift and offering advice when i needed it. Another awesome comp ran by the OSG crew! Oh and alex curletto is a beast and carl grant is awesome. | ||
